In this episode I give a description of the Hawker Typhoon fin structure, and follow along with the process I use to lay out, cut and shape the form blocks that i need to build for individual rib construction.

E17 Part two picks up where part 1 left off, with the finishing touches for rib blank cutting and the procedure I follow to form the lightening holes and rib flanges. When all is said and done, we will have another batch to send off for heat treatment.
